Simon and his team were a pleasure to deal with - very straight talking but friendly and efficient. The car was even better than we had expected, and was meticulously prepared for us to collect. Simon even came in between Christmas and New Year when the business was closed in order for us to complete the deal and drive the car away. We couldn't be happier and would certainly recommend The Car Agents to anyone looking to buy a quality, top spec vehicle.

Made the 9 hour round trip from Newcastle, and it was well worth it. Came away with a stunning Audi R8, impeccably prepared to the highest standards. Overall, a fantastic customer experience, with a very personal "family" feel (all safely, socially distanced), and a pleasant change from that of a main dealer. Simon and Josh are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and will certainly look them up again.

5 star service. As a key worker I needed to know my car was safe as I at times drive young people around. We phoned these guys up and they arranged to look at my car that day. As it turns out my car was not safe to be driven. Instead of leaving me without a car for work they gave me a courtesy car and worked hard on getting my car road safe again. The cost of the work they did was fair and in quick time given this current situation. To top it of they even cleaned the outside of my car its never looked so sparkly. Booked in for a beam adjustment and MOT on my Lotus at short notice. Fantastic customer service throughout. Having a slightly unusual car was no problem for them and they quickly and cost effectively turned the car around. Very happy with the service and price. I bought my Mercedes C63 off The Car Agents. I dealt with Simon who was very pleasant. I travelled from Bristol and was picked up at the train station in a Bentley wich was nice. I am very fussy with my cars so it was left inside for me to see. I had a few coffees and was left to take my time.
